Everything was satisfactory, but there was a minor issue that I wish had been addressed.

The stay was very good and the staff was very helpful. Must visit Hotel . The room was the same as shown in the picture.

Good place and mostly clean. They have a good hotel but the staff needs a lot of training on how to speak to clients. Very rude and disrespectful! I wish they knew how to communicate properly! Especially the guy in reception.

The hotel has potential but feels like a new venture. Rooms are spacious, well furnished, and the beds are comfortable. The location works as a solid base; plenty to do nearby and it’s not far from Laxman Juhla, which is a great spot. However, several things were lacking. The rooms weren’t necessarily dirty, but the cleaning was uneven, leaving sticky floors that we had to wipe down with a towel. Showering was difficult because the whole bathroom didn’t drain properly. The duvet cover was torn, as was one pillowcase, and the overall room service was inconsistent—water, coffee, tea, and towels all seemed haphazardly handled. The pool looked good in photos but turned out to be a bare, dusty roof with a small pool, lacking any atmosphere. Breakfast was served in the hotel’s restaurant, which was sparse, especially if you prefer something Western; we went elsewhere the second morning. The main issue was the location: the hotel sits on a busy road, and every morning it’s a huge traffic jam with a lot of noise. Adding to that, we were assigned rooms behind the reception, which didn’t help if you’re looking for quiet. Finally, the staff seemed unsure of what they were doing. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but there’s serious room for improvement if more attention is given to the details.
