It was quiet again and the pool was nice to relax in outside because the weather was good; bikes could stay in the garage. Breakfast was fine but could be refilled faster. The staff seemed unprofessional, there was a disagreement in the morning and they were arguing in the breakfast hall. We asked once while he was outside and he said “now I’m not on break.” Also, breakfast should be refilled earlier. There is no restaurant anymore, even though it’s still listed on the wall and online. When we arrived, all doors were closed and we had to search for an entrance.

The pool was wonderful after a long drive, breakfast was great, and the rooms were big, though the hotel felt a little old.

The rooms were spacious, everything was very clean, and the spa and outdoor area with loungers and seating were well maintained. The mattress was sagging, the bed made noise when turned, the facilities were outdated, the restaurant has been closed since 2024, but breakfast is still served.

Breakfast was decent even if not everything suited my taste; we had booked a Junior Suite, yet a large room with a sofa‑bed doesn’t automatically feel like a Junior Suite, and the lighting was terrible – three 25 W glass discs on the ceiling, two bright lamps by the bed that we had to dim, no reading lights, and the other lamps were dim, especially in the bathroom and WC, there was no coffee maker or kettle, the minibar was stocked but only with a single glass of sparkling wine, beer, water or wine each, the bathroom dispenser with 3‑in‑1 toiletries was empty, the beds sat on old mattresses with incontinence pads and no toppers, no welcome card or fresh flowers, leaving the whole place feeling very soulless.
