The location was perfect and the room very cozy. We had a couple of issues with the TV and the air conditioner, but they resolved them quickly and kindly. There is no accessibility for people with reduced mobility, and we had to climb many stairs to reach the rooms. The room had a small leak, but it didn’t affect our stay.

The river view was fantastic, and the room had a vintage vibe. However, the wooden floors let in a lot of noise from the guest above, and the entrance was hard to locate from both the front and back. The room lacked a door ledge lock and there was no in‑house security, plus the extra RM50 cleaning fee felt excessive.

Everything was easy to get to; I’m happy with my friends, the best ever. Our holiday was great, and we will come again. ✨

We found nothing good about the place. The moment we opened the door it smelled awful, as if it had been closed for months, and we felt uneasy after just a few minutes inside. Finding the location was a hassle; the key instructions were unclear and we wandered around looking for it. The room we were given faced a small road, and we left after a few minutes, not staying overnight. It did not match the advertisement and was a bad experience.

The management was friendly and the large room came with free water, coffee, etc. The Wi‑Fi was simple but reliable, and the place was clean and comfortable. No bugs were found. Everything was great.
