The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, well‑appointed, and had lovely contemporary modern decor; Brigitte was helpful, available, and full of great recommendations; the proximity to public transport let me get from the airport to the hotel by bus (the city train was temporarily unavailable due to work) and metro, and I would love to stay here again.

A fantastic experience overall! Brigitte was incredibly kind and helpful, the hotel was spotless, the staff were lovely, and the location was spot on. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

The location of the property was absolutely fantastic, and the American bar right on the same street was buzzing. Soundproof windows kept the noise out, and the concierge and other staff were very polite and extremely helpful. My only slight concern was the size of the room – there’s so much to do and see in Vienna that we didn’t spend much time in the room, so the quarters felt a little tight. Still, the room was extremely clean, functional, and comfortable.
