Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus - Polaris

The place was clean, but I booked a double bed and ended up with a single because the double was sold out, so I had to change rooms.

“Enjoyed my stay. I will come back.”

My breakfast was great, not a cold continental breakfast. There was a variety of hot foods. My room has a king size bed and there was firm and soft pillows. I did not go to the pool. Also, I had to call to let the front desk know I would be late and please to not give my room away. I was coming from Tennessee then got caught in traffic. And I was told to be careful and safe in my travels. (very professional). Nothing, Before Holiday Inn Express it was Holiday Inn. In the 1970's and 1980's Holiday Inn was the ONLY hotel my father would allow us to stay in when we were on vacation. So what that being said I know the quality of Holiday Inn. as my father would say the ONLY Hotel for him and his family. (EXCEPTIONAL)

“Modern, clean, great amenities & close to local attractions. The breakfast choices were exceptional.”

The place was clean and classy, close to entertainment, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The only downside was that our room was next to the elevator’s mechanical room, so we heard some noise.

“Great facility for kids and families!”

It’s a great spot for families, the staff is amazing, and the location is ideal for traveling and shopping. Breakfast was good. No issues.
