The location is great with plenty of trains and buses, the owner is always reachable even if he’s not at the front desk, the area stays quiet despite being in the center, the bed is fantastic, and they provide free water bottles, so I can’t think of any negatives.

A small mini‑breakfast with coffee/tea and warm croissants was a lovely touch, the check‑in was hassle‑free, and the parking/underground garage is directly opposite the hotel.

The staff are very friendly and attentive, the room was well equipped, and the simple breakfast of croissant and coffee was exactly what we needed, but the shower head could have been cleaner.

The reception was professional, the lunch varied and tasty, and the place was peaceful and comfortable, though the room only has a cushion that doubles as a seat; adding a chair with a backrest would be a nice upgrade.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and went out of their way to assist me with all my problems. Excellent service – 10/10! There is no breakfast option (as I recall), but in the morning you get a free coffee/tea and a croissant. Unfortunately, the bathroom was the biggest downside. Instead of a proper door, it has a sliding door that feels more like a curtain in terms of privacy and sound insulation. It cannot really be closed or locked properly, and sometimes even slides open by itself. This can be particularly awkward for couples who are still getting to know each other! That is why I end up overall only with a 6/10. Overall, the staff were fantastic, but the bathroom design definitely needs improvement
