The breakfast fell short of what the photos promised; we expected a self‑service spread but only got a single plate that felt inadequate. Over our 14‑day stay the menu varied daily, and on several days boiled eggs were missing entirely. The coffee maker broke multiple times, and at times there was no drinking water. The service didn’t match the booking pictures and left us disappointed.

The hotel’s proximity to the city centre made it ideal for shopping. The breakfast was awful; I’d advise future guests to book rooms without breakfast so they don’t pay for a service they won’t get.
