Hemant was a great host, made our stay smooth and hassle-free.
The breakfast here was top-notch, and the staff, particularly Rakesh and Pratik, were super friendly and helpful.
The rooms and bathroom were spotless, and the breakfast and dining area were top-notch.
The location can't be beat, it's so convenient.

The reception and the lady floor manager were rude and showed no hospitality.

Nice people and good rooms, but the Wi‑Fi was spotty and the bed was too soft for my taste.
Most of the staff were great, especially the breakfast team and the front desk. However, one particular staff member was rude, which made me check out earlier than planned and felt like a bad hire.
The staff—Kritam, Amar Pal, Hemant, Ashmi, and Amit—were really helpful. The rooms could use a bit more cleaning, especially the sofa.
