Hotel Eurocity

Very disappointing – the room was not as booked! I booked a triple room for three people. The men arrived exhausted after a long workday and found only one bed in the room, with no pillows. That is absolutely unacceptable! When I book a room for three people, I expect sleeping arrangements for all three. It cannot happen that guests face such problems after a tiring day. The stay started with a huge disappointment. This should never happen in a hotel. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and cannot recommend this hotel because of this experience.

Well set up and practical, but unfortunately there is no way to contact staff, which is unusual in a small town like Bruchköbel.

It was cheap, but the room was tiny—better suited for one person—the window side forced me to get into bed from the front because there was no room to climb in from the side.
