An Absolute Gem in Zermatt! My husband and I stayed at Boutique Hotel Romantica in early October 2026, and it was unforgettable. Michelle and Tor are incredible hosts who went above and beyond for us, especially with their personalized hiking recommendations tailored to our level. Extremely warm, family-run hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be back for both summer and winter trips! Highly recommend!

“Hotel Romantica is Hotel Fantastica!”

We LOVED EVERYTHING about Hotel Romantica. The service was excellent, the owners, Michele & Thor, were so accommodating and wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, the room was so comfortable and welcoming, the gardens outside the property were beautiful and the location was perfect. This property is decorated beautifully inside & out. Thor picked us up from the train station when we arrived & dropped us off when it was time to go. It is a good thing this stay was at the end of our trip, because we would have been really disappointed in our other hotel stays. We would come back to Zermatt again just to stay here! Make sure to check our picture of their sweet dog, Toffee ❤️
