The smell was awful, the mattress was dirty, and there were broken tiles in the room. The owner’s attitude was hostile and unhelpful. I don’t want a refund or the deposit back. I’ll see you in the afterlife. The pictures on the app differ from reality.

The location and view were nice. The mattress spring broke, there were cockroach droppings in the toilet, and other people’s droppings were dry on the toilet. Cockroach droppings were also on a glass. I had to wash the toilet myself before use. The towel sheets were fine, all washed. The staff were very kind. The extra tax of RM200+ was not worth it.

Bilik bersih, pemandangan cantik. parking depan pintu bilik je memg memudahkan bagi yg ade anak2, bilik pon besar.boleh bentang toto lagi Klu bwk anak2. tido pon tenang je Walaupun bawak baby.Alhamdulillah die x meragam. Kemudahan basic je mereka bagi , mcm dpt kat hotel bajet tapi bahan2 shower gel semua kami bwk sendiri So xde masalah la Klu xde pon. harga pricey sikit sbb booking last minit kot. sbb Klu walkin lagi murah dpt

View tasik lawa. Ada kedai makan. Malam n pagi. Staf okey. Air conditioner sejuk. Spring tilam rosak, macam abandoned place, air shower slow, ada cicak, tv xguna

The surroundings were beautiful. The hotel itself was scary, rundown, and looked dirty. We didn’t stay after seeing the rooms.
