The breakfast was fine, but the reception was barely staffed during check‑in, and there was a total lack of a welcome kit. The sink area was poorly lit, the desk had no free power outlets, and if you need to use the bidet you have to jump into the bathtub for soap and then air‑dry yourself. I would recommend a different hotel in the same chain in Arganda del Rey.

The room was very spacious, located in a fantastic spot, very central and great value for money. Breakfast was also very good, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were basic, but at this price I have no complaints.
