“A Paradise Without a Soul”

The staff were very kind, yet after ordering juices I was told they were chargeable only after I had already taken them, forcing me to pay. I paid because I would never take something without paying, but I feel I should have known beforehand, especially since the price was high and I expected juices with meals unless stated otherwise. Reception didn’t mention this either, and the way the issue was handled annoyed me the most.

I had a pleasant stay at Kaktus Somabay; everything was very good—from the room’s cleanliness and comfort to the service, gym, food, and the welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to all the staff, especially Youssef at reception for his exceptional dedication and professionalism; he was always supportive and genuinely committed to making sure everything was taken care of. His attention and willingness to help truly made a difference during my stay. I look forward to staying there again.

“Great value for money”

The hotel was clean, spacious, and the breakfast was great! The staff were friendly and helpful too.

I loved the location and the beach, but I didn’t like the food quality at all and struggled to find something good to eat. I also didn’t like that they didn’t offer any toothbrushes.
