I felt uneasy when the staff took a photo of my ID card; they said it was just to send it to the owner, but it still bothered me. A small document scanner that lets the customer sign after taking the picture would be better. I could see many ID photos on the phone. Since I booked through an app, I expected some identity verification already, so this made me uncomfortable.
