“Good Location”
The staff were friendly, but my microwave blew a fuse and I had to move to another room to heat my food.
“I feel robbed because this hotel is not safe and not cleaned properly at all.”
The city itself and the location were great, but the hotel was overcrowded with non‑guests, making it unsafe for young children or teenage girls. My daughter felt watched, and I personally witnessed it. The staff’s response to my concerns was poor; the rooms were dirty—towels, walls, and floor corners were all filthy. The shower water barely flowed. I will leave a Yelp and Google review because this hotel is not one I’d recommend. My concerns were ignored, and I felt my money was taken without delivering the expected cleanliness. I have a video that won’t upload and will email it to the manager, Priscilla Brown.
