The hotel's location was great - it was close to the city center and the street was quiet and airy. However, when I arrived, they told me that they had no rooms available, despite having confirmed my booking earlier. They offered me a smaller room, but still charged me the full price for a family room.

I showed up to check in, only to be told that the hotel was fully booked despite me having a confirmed reservation through the booking platform. It was a holiday weekend, so finding a new place to stay was a nightmare.
