The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great. The spot is perfect for hiking and relaxing, truly dreamy. I’d definitely recommend it for couples or families.

Even though the map shows it close to Fuschlsee, the hotel sits almost 300 m higher, so walking or cycling is a real challenge. It’s basically a small restaurant with a handful of rooms, so the rooms aren’t really serviced – the staff are busy with the dining area. The rooms are tiny, just a bed and a cabinet, no chairs, but the bathroom is fine. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner served by the lovely staff.

The lodge looked like a fairytale alpine hunting cabin with super comfy bedding and a top‑notch bathroom – hot water and good pressure, plus a lovely soap scent. We paid 50 € for two breakfasts, and they were beautifully presented and tasty, served in a charming breakfast room. Sleeping in the forest was a treat, and we enjoyed our private balcony.

The location was fine, but there was no air conditioning and no hot water, which made the stay uncomfortable.
