“Essenzialità”
The property is basic and without frills. Our bedroom on the second floor (no elevator) of a building right in the centre of Mattinata has a minimal layout and the furnishings are pared down to the essentials. The bed has an inexpensive mattress and pillows that are not especially comfortable. Overall, if you’re looking for a short‑term base and don’t have high expectations, it can work. The windowed bathroom has a convenient shower cabin. The experience is spartan, the minimalism works, but a bit more attention to sleep comfort would help. A point of merit is the cleanliness. We appreciated finding two complimentary water bottles in the fridge, a small gesture that was welcome, along with the coffee pods and a smooth self‑check‑in and check‑out.
