This is our second stay and we had a fantastic time celebrating my husband's birthday; the reception staff even upgraded us to a room in the main building, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back and wouldn't stay anywhere else when we visit Jesmond – it's such a lovely hotel and great value for money.

The hotel is close to Jesmond centre, but the car park had broken glass.

Location Comfortable room. Stairs up to second floor very steep. Toilet seat very low. Other than that absolutely fine
