“Horrible”
The place looks nice and the suite layout is good. But I was shocked by the hidden fees: they told me it would be $134 a night, yet I was charged $234. The front desk said the extra $100 wasn’t a deposit, but actually $50 is refundable and the other $50 covers taxes, fees, and some unknown charges. The staff member was also rude and couldn’t print anything for me. I never received a receipt to see the exact charges. After I asked for a second night, my card was charged $456, and when I told her to cancel that night, the charge still hasn’t been reversed.
