Eden Plaza Da Nang Hotel

The hotel is gorgeous and well‑located, and the breakfast and pool are excellent, but we noticed that the toilet in our room had excrement stains, the cleaning when we took a shower was inadequate, I moved my bed closer to the second bed and found many egg shells underneath, the hallway vacuum had never passed the carpet—there is no sound, which is a concern for allergy sufferers; this contrast with the hotel’s quality shows the cleaning leaves much to be desired, though we didn’t make a fuss, but still.

The rooms felt outdated with old, broken furniture, and when I moved an armchair I discovered a very dirty area underneath; the corridor carpets on our floor were also filthy, stained, and emitted an unpleasant odor throughout the area, yet the staff were nice.

The pool is good and the bed size is fine, but the air conditioning is too cold and cannot be adjusted.

It used to be nice, but now it feels down; I’ve stayed in many hotels, yet the reception here set a new standard of unfriendliness, the breakfast was terrible, the toilets had mold, etc.—only the pool was somewhat bearable.
