The location was great, but the toilet didn’t flush properly, the townhouse’s breakfast access was locked so you had to walk to the hotel front door in chilly weather, and the orange juice was empty both mornings.

Breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious and clean, and I’d love to stay in the main building next time just to compare; the car park is fairly small.

The hotel’s location is good for Swansea centre, it’s well maintained, clean and welcoming, and the breakfast is excellent; the townhouse rooms might lack a bit of character compared to the main hotel, but that’s just an observation, not a complaint.
