“Ok overall.”
Breakfast was good and the room was clean, but it was very cold and even with the A/C off it took several hours to warm up. The room had a pretty awful smell, as did the hallways.
“Amazing beginning to my first concert experience”
The rooms were spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Nothing else to add.
“A great place to stay on your way to Yellowstone”
The hotel was very nice, comfortable, and clean. Nothing else to mention.

I woke up to a very basic breakfast that included liquid eggs in a low‑quality bag that tasted awful. On one day the housekeeping team didn’t clean or change the sheets in either of our two rooms, and the towels that were wet on the floor were never replaced, even though we saw the maid walking down the hallway as we left our rooms. The next day we filed a complaint with the hotel manager, who promised a 20 % refund for one night in each room, but that discount still hasn’t been applied. We expect him to honor the commitment.

The staff were wonderful and the location was ideal for our yearly trip to The Lagoon. The hotel was very clean and offered a great breakfast selection. However, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the pillows were very hard; I’m used to softer, plumper pillows, so I’ll bring my own next time.
