The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, the view was stunning, the dining staff were courteous, helpful, and professional, and the food was good and plentiful (even at the pool bar). The rooms had dated furnishings, the bathroom fixtures were corroded, the bed had two single mattresses without a topper, only a sponge shower curtain was provided while the other towels were paper, the pool shower’s mixer was broken, and the humidity in the spa was awful. None of this is what you expect from a four‑star hotel.
