The first thing I did upon entering the room was try to fill the jacuzzi, but I ran into hot‑water issues. I called the host, who said the boiler was probably blocked; after several attempts it finally worked after an hour. The button to activate the jacuzzi was broken (I’d been warned a few hours before arrival) and it was very inconvenient. In the room there was a notice that the tub could stay on for a maximum of 30 minutes to avoid overheating, because it’s not professional— it would shut off on its own and after a while you’d have to go to the entrance, wet, to activate the hydro‑massage (if you’d forgotten the air‑conditioning was on, you’d get a shock). The taps were filthy; after a few minutes there were brown bubbles and dirty water. In the bathroom window there was a huge wasp nest; the window couldn’t be opened, and while it’s in the countryside it’s dangerous and must be removed immediately. At 9:30 am the morning of check‑out they started trying to force the door open from outside (luckily our keys were attached), but the check‑out time on Booking was listed as 10:30. At 10 am they began pounding on the wooden door repeatedly, which was very annoying; I opened to find out what was happening and they told me the check‑out was at 10:00, even though Booking said 10:30. When I sent a screenshot they replied, “it was our mistake, but we had told you it was at 10:00.” I stuck to what was written on Booking and honestly didn’t care about what they said, so I replied that if I had to pay for that extra half‑hour it was fine.
