“Super séjour”

Breakfast was hearty and varied, the ladies who served it were charming, and so was the owner. The room was perfect and tastefully decorated, and we had a great stay.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, breakfast was nice, the hotel was clean, and the shuttle bus was great. The location was a drawback, but the free shuttle made it easier. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and I didn’t like the cat that kept coming back after being put out.

This hotel turned out to be a great surprise! It seemed a bit out of the way at first, but that isn’t a problem thanks to the free shuttle that takes guests to Monterosso in 5 minutes. The recent renovation gave the rooms a stylish look, they’re comfortable, well‑decorated, and well equipped. Breakfast is delicious, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the owner is very welcoming and offers good advice for planning a stay in the Cinque Terre—she simply loves her job. I have nothing to complain about, even though I consider myself a fairly demanding customer.

Everything was great: parking, staff, clean breakfasts, excellent coffee, and convenient transport from the hotel to the center of Monterossa. We could get anywhere comfortably even without a car, so I can only recommend it.
