The staff were friendly and quick to help, the rooms were tidy and the building had all the basics you’d expect. Its central location made it easy to explore the city, and the overall setup felt reliable. Nothing really stood out as a problem, so it was a smooth, no‑surprises stay.

Loved waking up to a beautiful lake right outside and the hotel even let us borrow bikes for a quick ride, which added a nice touch to the stay. Breakfast was solid, with plenty of options to choose from. The only drawback was that the walls didn’t keep the street noise out, so the rooms were a bit noisy at night. Overall, a pleasant experience thanks to the location and food.

Everything about this place clicked – the spot was perfect, the facilities were modern, and the breakfast spread hit the spot every morning. The employees were attentive and seemed to genuinely care about guests. I didn’t encounter any issues at all, so it was an all‑round great experience.

The staff were super attentive, which made the stay feel personal. The only downside was that parking costs extra.

Family trip, parents celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They even set up a romantic décor in the room. Staff were friendly, the facilities were solid, breakfast was great, and the location was spot‑on. The only gripe: no afternoon tea with pastries like other Gramado hotels offer. Other than that, everything was perfect.
