The place is dog friendly, clean, and in a good location with good service, and the included breakfast was delicious. The room rate was reasonable, but when the dog fee and parking fee were added on, it became more expensive than I expected.

The location and cleanliness of the property were excellent. The front desk staff were outstanding, and the cleaning crew kept the place tidy even though they rarely spoke or said GM. Breakfast was always good. I would love transport directly to and from the beach. The breakfast options were limited to sausage; maybe bacon or corned beef hash would be nice. It was sausage every day. The walls are a bit thin, so I could hear neighbors’ activities at times.

The staff were friendly and offered perks like a beach chair rental and mini golf, but our room smelled like a crime scene. I asked for a new room, yet the hotel was full. The staff tried everything—spraying Lysol, using air freshener, even installing an ionizer—but the odor stayed. After two days of relentless cleaning, the stench was still unbearable; I've never experienced a room with such a foul smell.
