My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the hotel's location and cleanliness were satisfactory, the lack of attention to detail and basic amenities was quite disappointing. I was shocked to find that there was no water available for showering, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns, which added to my frustration.

My recent stay at a hotel was a mixed experience. Although I had booked in advance and the hotel's website claimed a 24-hour reception, I found myself waiting for nearly 30 minutes on a cold street at 10-11 PM, as no one answered my calls, messages, or door knocks. This was particularly frustrating, especially considering I had walked 3 kilometers to get there. In the end, I decided to check out of this hotel and opt for a much better alternative offered by a competing establishment.

I was pleasantly surprised by how accurately the photos represented the place. The hosts were always available and responsive. However, the room was quite dusty, and it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned for a while.
