The room was spotless, gorgeous, and cozy, and it stayed quiet even though the street outside can be loud. The only downside was that the building has no elevators, so we had to haul our bags up to the top floor and back down when we checked out.
The location was great. Nothing else to add.

“Una pesadilla”
The place was disappointing. To get there you either walk almost half a kilometer or pay €30 a day and drop your car in a parking lot that only offers an electric shuttle. The room was very basic, with empty, undecorated areas and it was cold. On top of that, the toilet was broken, water kept leaking, and the noise from the wall next to the bed and the headboard kept me from sleeping. I contacted the owner, who only showed up hours later, was rude, and did nothing to fix the problem. He even posted on Booking that he inspected it and saw nothing. I had to submit videos I recorded on arrival and the next morning before leaving. Nothing recommended. If you have a physical disability, there’s no lift or alternative.

The location was fantastic and lived up to our expectations, which is why we chose it. It’s right in the city center, close to the lake, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the port nearby, so almost everything was within walking distance. The host responded quickly to our questions and to the feedback I gave. The room itself felt a bit tight for three people, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The shower kept flooding, creating a mini‑pool, and the mini‑fridge didn’t work. Fixing those would make the stay much better. If you’re using public transport, the bus connections are a hassle; I’d recommend taking the ferry to Sirmione or, if you’re lucky, a cab.
