The staff were helpful, but there was no hot water; you have to ask a quarter hour before you want to shower and turn on the hot water. The internet kept glitching.

It’s a short walk from the station and close to Karol Berg’s market, with plenty of restaurants around, so the location was great. The staff were friendly and offered cold water when I went to pick up my luggage after check‑out. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was tasty, and the lime juice from the stall outside the hotel was also good. The building feels a bit old, and the “old hotel smell” was noticeable when I entered. It took about five minutes for the hot water to start, and it never got very hot, even though I’d read that it might be a 24‑hour service (maybe only in the morning? I didn’t check). The environment was quiet, but a family staying on the same floor as me made the hallway noisy with their comings and goings. I wish the hotel would separate single and family guests on the same floor.
