“Castello di città.”

The building’s finishes and the inner courtyard were lush with vegetation and a fountain in the center. Being a four‑star property, it was lacking bath soaps in the rooms, the breakfast didn’t justify the price, yogurt and cereals were missing, and the tortillas were cold from the fridge… they didn’t offer fresh orange juice, which is a pity in a region rich in citrus… the room TV wasn’t Smart, so we couldn’t connect our tablets or phones in any way… for a four‑star place, these things should be available.

The place was clean, comfortable, and close to the airport, which was exactly what we wanted. Nothing else to mention; everything was fine.

The room was tidy and clean, and the cleaning staff worked continuously; the staff were also friendly. The mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, my husband’s side was very bouncy so I kept sliding in; sleep wasn’t restful. The hotel feels old‑fashioned, the photos look newer, the furniture is worn, and the bath could have a shower instead of a tub. It would have been much more practical. Overall, the four‑star rating is overblown; it’s more like a three‑star.
