The heated pool was very relaxing, but a child got shocked by a light switch, leaving burns, and the owner’s staff didn’t inform anyone. An electrician only arrived the next day, and then there was no electricity, causing major inconvenience because my work depends on the internet; they claimed a generator existed but never started it.

The place was nice, convenient, and cozy, yet the room was poorly ventilated and it felt very stuffy while sleeping.

The pool was amazing, no matter the weather. Everything was top-notch. The main plus was that our room was super warm. The hosts were friendly too.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The big plus was the warm pool on the street, even when it was +15 outside, it was comfortable to swim. The beds were comfy, it was clean and warm. There's a barbecue area where you can grill meat for 100 UAH (wood and grill included). It's close to the Makovitsa mountain. The only downside was that the kitchen was missing a small salt and sugar container - it would have been nice to have those.

The hotel had a great barbecue area, a warm pool, and a clean and cozy room. However, the dryer in the room didn't work during the summer, so we had to dry our clothes outside until it started raining.
