The breakfast was very fresh and tasty. We are vegetarians but had a great selection for us and plenty of coffee. Beautifully presented too. Everything was spotless and comfy in our rooms and everyone was very friendly. The only 1 thing was not a lot of room to unpack your clothes for your stay but that’s the only thing we could fault

The B&B felt like a true sanctuary where the soul can unwind, and I can’t rate it higher than a perfect 10; the warmth, care, cleanliness, and character were all thoughtfully arranged, making it more than just a place to stay—it’s a sense of arrival, relaxation, peace, and simple enjoyment that I’d wholeheartedly recommend.

Choosing this B&B in St Ives was a great decision; the house is lovely, clean, and bright, and the Double room with sea view (Room 3) was perfect; breakfast was superb with plenty of options, and Lynn and her husband were wonderful hosts who made everything easy—thanks both!!
