The area is close to the port, 10 minutes from one train station and 30 minutes from the other; the room is clean, the bathroom is large and tidy, and the administrator is friendly. The negatives: the sheets weren’t changed for 7 days, there’s no espresso machine in the kitchen, the stove can’t be used, the promised “genius” breakfast was missing, the location is on the top floor (3) with no lift—an unexpected shock for us, especially for people over 70—and there are no glass cups available.

We loved the location and the rooftop terrace, ending evenings with a drink while enjoying a stunning view of Vesuvius. The room was clean and comfortable, and the host was very helpful, offering plenty of good advice. The breakfast could have been a bit more generous.

The terrace and the Vesuvius view are fantastic, and the top floor offers plenty of space. The spot is ideal—close to the beach, the new part of town, the port, the train station, and various pick‑up points—making it a great value for exploring the area. I wish there were a small espresso machine, just a basic capsule one, to make it perfect. Some have mentioned the third floor, but the issue only occurs on the first and last days, and you do get the terrace at the top, which makes it worthwhile.

The location is great, near the train station, the port, and the bus stops, with shops around. The terrace is awesome.

The spot is really close to the station and not far from the beach, yet it’s very quiet. Paolo, the host, was very nice and helpful, giving us many tips about trips and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. There’s a roof terrace where you can enjoy the sunset, and a big kitchen. Unfortunately, cooking in the house was not allowed—probably because the stove was broken. A note for travelers with heavy luggage: there’s no elevator, but Paolo can definitely help you.
