The location was great, but the property maintenance and room cleaning need improvement; many field workers linger in the hallways with room doors open, making the passage feel unsafe. I booked for six people and no extra bed was provided.

The place was dirty, the towels were grimy and old, and there was even a cockroach under the pillow. They should replace the sheets and towels.

The air‑conditioning leaked and soaked everything. I arrived at 10 pm and the staff weren’t sure whether a room was available or clean. Even though I had paid for the reservation in advance, they couldn’t confirm it. The shower barely let any water out. The room was sold for five people but only fit four. They told me the air‑conditioner was broken, which it wasn’t, and overall it was a terrible experience.
