Staff were completely unhelpful and we had a nightmare experience. When we arrived, they told us the room we'd booked wasn't available, but we hadn't gotten any warning about the change beforehand. To make matters worse, they just left us to sort out alternative accommodation on our own in the middle of the night, even though they'd confirmed our late arrival. Needless to say, I won't be using this hotel chain again.
