Luigi greeted us wonderfully, and the communication was excellent. The room was very modern, the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were superb. The breakfast was fantastic. There was nothing negative—everything was perfect.

The building is brand‑new and located in a convenient residential area near the center of Pachino, making it a strategic spot to reach the nearby Marzamemi and the best beaches. The rooms are clean and spacious, with meticulous attention to detail. The breakfast, separated into sweet and savory options, is served personally by the host Luigi, who is available and attentive to guests’ needs.

The property is truly excellent, with every detail taken care of. I especially liked the smart home system, modern and well designed, which makes the stay very comfortable and pleasant. The room itself is very spacious, comfortable, and well organized. Cleanliness, services, and location complete an outstanding experience. Nothing to report; the stay fully met my expectations.

The room was spotless, modern, beautiful, and welcoming, equipped with everything needed to feel at home immediately. One detail I particularly appreciated were the towels that smelled truly clean—those little touches that matter. The real added value was the staff: very kind, helpful, and sweet. Every morning Luigi prepared breakfast with great attention to guests’ needs. For example, I drink soy milk, and he remembered to provide it every day. It’s a simple gesture that makes you feel truly pampered. There was absolutely nothing negative.

Everything was wonderful—from the welcome to the room, the in‑room comforts, and the breakfast. The room was large and comfortable, the bathroom beautiful, everything extremely clean, and the owner very kind. We will definitely return. Thank you for everything.
