Prime Rate Inn

Clean and convenient, with a good location for what we needed. The beds were too high; as a partially disabled person it was hard to get in and I struggled with that.

The location was good, but many things were not working. The door was jammed and the air conditioner didn’t work; it made too much noise. Breakfast was advertised, but only two items arrived: a muffin and a doughnut‑like thing.

“Stay Away. This place should be torn down.”

Location to my event. Everything. The floor looked like someone died on it. The clean towels rolled up in the bathroom were stained brown and something fell out of one when we tried to use it. There was hair all around the bathroom. They had a couch under the A/C unit which leaked onto the people who sat there. There was a huge parking lot party from 9pm to 1130pm blaring music extremely loud. And no one would do anything about it. 2 other hotel rooms had people with loud music as well. We had people screaming running through the halls at 4am. Everywhere in the hotel it was dirty, and dusty like they never cleaned it. The pool/hot tub is way over chlorinated and it was hard to breath. I now have 2 children who can not stop coughing and not feeling well. I would never stay here again

The furniture was broken, crumbs from other guests were all over the bed and floor, pieces of the room had been taken apart and left on the floor, and the worker refused to do anything.
