The property was spotless and the staff were all smiles, but the bathroom was located outside our room; aside from that, we really enjoyed the place.

The staff are very welcoming and the 24‑hour service is great, but we had to share a bathroom with other guests because the room we booked had no private bathroom.

The rooms were clean, yet the noise coming from the coriander area was annoying; Nomode was very welcoming, and the Gardener was incredibly humble and helpful while we were outside. Thanks to every staff member who did their best to give me peace of mind, and I hope to return soon. I would have liked a floor mat next to the bed on my next visit, a couple of chairs in the room, a telephone in the room, and perhaps a carpet along the hallway to reduce the noise, as well as a telephone‑box charging system at reception.

The receptionist was very kind, which was unusual since it was a male receptionist—thumbs up 👍. The food, however, did not meet expectations.
