The location was super central, the staff were very friendly, and they even provided vegan milk and yogurt for breakfast; however, there was no air conditioning and the noise from the open window was too high to sleep.

The spot is fantastic, the staff are pleasant, and the hotel feels very cozy right in the middle of Vienna. There's nothing to complain about!

The walls are apparently tiny and one does hear the neighbours, even if they don´s shout or behave noisly

The location and cleanliness are good. The hotel is old, mobility is poor, different floors have separate rooms, the elevator is old, small, and expensive.
