The spot was great, and the room was just fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Sourav Shukla who went out of his way to assist us—thanks again to the whole team. On the downside, everything was already excellent—room location, food, and transport services.

As a business traveler, I expected iron, toiletries, and TCM to be provided, but they were missing.

Overall, it was very good, though the service was only good.

Nothing to say positively; the location they advertised turned out to be fake.
