The staff were amazing, everyone was very nice, and the location was perfect.

It was close to Taipei Station, the bed was comfortable, and overall it was good. The dorms lacked individual curtains and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly (maybe a common issue in Taiwan), which bothered me a bit, but otherwise it was fine.
