“Un séjour très confortable.”
The junior suite was spacious and well arranged, with a very comfortable bed and high‑quality linens. Located on the fourth floor, it offered a nice view of the lake behind the hotel in a quiet setting. The spa was truly worthy of a five‑star hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive and helpful, especially the housekeeping team which kept everything spotless. The bar was elegant with a good selection of drinks. The parking cost 45 € and that’s a significant expense, especially when free public spots just a ten‑meter walk away are available off‑season and on weekdays. At 49 € per person we expected more variety at breakfast; as frequent travelers we’ve seen richer options elsewhere, even without looking at Asia. There’s room for improvement. The bar menu was original but didn’t match our tastes; we’d have liked some classic dishes as found in other five‑star hotel bars. We booked a junior suite for three days for the Zoute Grand Prix. The many hypercars parked at the hotel added to the buzz, which was part of the weekend vibe and not a drawback. Prices are high, but that’s clear from the booking. Overall we think breakfast and parking could offer better value.
