The owner was friendly and willing to help, and we even had an engaging chat. The building itself is a lovely, well‑maintained property filled with antiques and art that takes you back in time. Breakfast was good. The beds were very comfortable, as was the shower. Highly recommend; I’d definitely return.

An authentic old family home, warm and helpful welcome, fantastic house pets, and a meticulously prepared breakfast. The kitchen’s cleanliness didn’t quite match the house’s refinement, but the bathroom was perfect and newly renovated.

Denis was an excellent host; we enjoyed the great breakfast while chatting with him and his wife. The evenings and mornings by the warm fireplace were wonderful. We also loved their two dogs, which made our stay even better. The location is perfect for visiting several castles!
