Honestly, the pictures made it look great, but my experience was a total disaster. The room was super unclean, infested with insects, and the air conditioning didn't even work. My friend and I ended up finding a way better hotel for a cheaper price, way closer to the center of Ubud - what a waste of time and money.

The staff were really polite and helpful, and the internet was solid. The hot water worked great too. Breakfast was okay, but could use some improvement. That being said, the bed was a major letdown - the mattress was ancient and super springy, making it hard to sleep. The sheets and towels were grey and worn out, and the curtains were dirty. The slippers smelled weird and the soap was questionable. The pool was a bit too deep for my mom, and the room door had gaps for bugs to get in.

I showed up and the guy working there was solo, so check-in took a bit. But when I got to the room, the pool was green and I found bed bugs and blood stains under the sheets. I high-tailed it out of there, but no refund was offered. Definitely don't bother.

This resort was a good choice for a short stay - it's conveniently located near plenty of gyms.

The room was really spacious and nicely decorated, and they even provided a bottle of water, which was a nice touch. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked well, except for the last couple of days. However, I had to request that the room be cleaned every day, which was a bit of a hassle. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, as they didn't serve what we ordered and the service was really slow, even when we mentioned we were on a tight schedule.
