“I felt ripped off”
The location is good. They advertised car parking and EV charging, but you actually had to leave the car in a public carpark 2 km away at a cost of € 38 per day. This is a blatant lie. I specifically chose this place because of the parking. This should be prohibited.
Location, staff, daily cleaning, coffee and other small conveniences were all good, but everything was fine.
“Great place to stay in Rome!”
Excellent location, clean room and friendly staff! Was pleasantly surprised by the free croissant, tea and coffe in the lobby. Nothing, everything was ok!
The area is great, close to the Pantheon and Navona square, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
“No repetiría por el ruido”
The place was near many tourist spots, the staff were very kind, the room décor was pretty and the location was very clean, and you don’t hear street noise. The noise, however, is terrible; you can hear every conversation between rooms, and the worst part is the door slamming each time someone enters or leaves, so I had to use earplugs. In the two blocks around, I couldn’t find any mini‑markets for last‑minute necessities, and the room was very dark.
