“Dilapidated property that needs to be redone completelly”

This old hotel needs a major overhaul; after two nights I think it should be closed and rebuilt from scratch. The staff are friendly and do their best with limited supplies, the elevator is quick, and you can find a quiet room; they even handed us a space heater on request. However, the bedding quality is poor, and many items are broken—from hooks to power outlets to the balcony screen door.

“Average”

The view of the marina was great, and the nearby walking trail offered nice river views; most nearby dining spots are within walking distance, though many require a drive. The free breakfast was decent, with staff making fresh waffles and good coffee for the next leg of the trip. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was closed, which I had planned to use. Room 328 was spacious enough for two, but the bathroom door wouldn’t close (the door jamb and the balcony sliding door were both problematic). The bathroom fan was non‑functional, so everything stayed misty, and the thermostat wouldn’t adjust the room temperature.

The staff were very helpful. I had made a mistake with my reservation and they offered me a different room. The location is especially amazing—close to the city center and the bridge to Prince Edward County. We stayed only one night but really enjoyed our time.

The distance from the highway is short, and they offer two pools—one indoor, one outdoor—plus a complimentary breakfast. The building feels old and needs repairs, and the room could use better lighting.

“Mauvaise qualité de service”

The place is nice. The elevator is broken, and there's constant water leakage from the air conditioning.
