Fonte Sala

We had a truly pleasant stay in this cottage, surrounded by tranquility; the location is perfect, very close to the pool and convenient, yet it still offers privacy and calm; the cottage is incredibly quiet and ideal for relaxing and fully unwinding; my family and I felt right at home, and a special thanks to Geanina, who was exceptional—always available, kind, and ready to meet any request, making the stay even more enjoyable; this is a place we would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for relaxation, tranquility, and a welcoming environment in the heart of Umbria, and we would definitely return.

“Ottimo per chi cerca relax lontano dalla città”

The structure is very beautiful and well maintained, with a stunning view of the vineyards and hills in front, especially at sunrise; the only downside was not fully enjoying the fireplace because it produced smoke, perhaps the chimney needs cleaning, but this does not detract from the positive assessment of the property; this small detail would have made the stay even more pleasant.

I booked because they claimed there was a pool and hot tub, but there is no hot tub at all, which was a huge let‑down since I rely on it for hip and knee pain after walking all day. The staff blamed the booking mistake and the pool isn’t even in use.

“Benvenuti in paradiso”

The modernized building with a garden overlooking the beautiful Umbrian countryside had well‑kept mini‑apartments with every comfort and friendly, attentive staff. It was a wonderful holiday worth repeating. The only issue was the access road, which was very rough, though that isn’t the property’s direct fault.

The location is fantastic! However, the electrical setup is lacking with too few sockets.
