At first I had a problem with the room I booked at REcolaeta, but the front‑desk receptionist helped me move to Palermo, making the experience very good. Daniela was very helpful and focused on solving the issue. The location is great and the morning coffee is good. The only downside was that the bath towels were very worn after the first night – they were usable and clean but noticeably worn.

The hotel is well‑located, very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are kind, efficient and polite. The breakfast had limited variety, and the hotel’s acoustics need improvement; you can hear noise in the hallway and in other rooms.

The hotel is really good for the price, and I especially enjoyed the SPA area; overall, it was a great experience. Everything else was fine.

Precioso hotel, limpio, bien iluminado y con excelente ubicación. La habitación grande y cómoda. Desayunos buenísimos. Personal bastante apático y con pocas ganas de interactuar. Entras y ni siquiera levantan la cabeza para saludar
